Today I have been working on the Summer Recap Video.  My goal is to have at least a 30 minute video of all of the summer and try and include as many different students as possible.  It’s kinda hard when some students don’t even know how to stand in front of a camera.

So after I got through loading a bunch of pictures into the editor, I decided to start loading some video clips.  When I went to play them I couldn’t hear any sound, so I leaned up to switch the sound board on and it didn’t respond.  I assumed that someone had just unplugged it.  After about 45 minutes of swapping wires and plugging the board in 3 different power outlets, I realized it was dead.

I quickly called Bibb Music and asked to speak to Larry.  He told me not to worry about anything that he could let me borrow a board until mine got fixed.  Isn’t that awesome!

So I hurried downtown and swapped boards with him.

Just got in from a little video game playing.  We played playstation 2′s version of ATV Fury 4.

This is a game of offroad racing and freestyle tricks.  The game is a little difficult to master on the trick side and you have to be almost perfect to beat the computer players in the race portion.

It was a fun game but I never really moved out of last place.

It also has some “side” games but don’t worry they are not fun and very hard to master.  Playing basketball on a 4 wheeler seems like it would be fun, but the baskets are far from easy.

Tonight we had an after church fellowship. It was a pool fellowship right down from the church. Redonna cooked some awesome Hotdogs and we had a very competitive game of Plastic Bottle Pool Football. It was a complete blowout. My team totally kicked the butt of the other team!

Today, I was one of many who helped out on a moving project.  We were able to knock out all the big stuff in a little less than 3 hours.  I even got to do some much needed yard work that I have been neglecting.  It has been a good day.
